like… black people aren’t protesting for healthcare or abortion or gun rights… they are quite literally protesting to be seen with humanity. they’re protesting to be seen as humans worthy of LIFE. Worthy of a respectful obituary, memorial and investigation into their death if it was by a killer cop.theres something wrong with the fact that black people need to rally in the street saying “DONT SHOOT”
