So not only were they racist, not only was the place  also serving as a brothel but in addition to that, the owner is also facing charges of serving & illegally dumping dog meat.

(IMAGINE! They actually served dog meat to unknowing customers. The owner needs to be fined, serve jail time and deported out the country, this is insane.)
